Welcome to T-Queen Hair Salon! Before booking your appointment, please read through this policy carefully to ensure you understand our procedures.

AVAILABLE SCHEDULE

Please note that T-Queen Hair Salon is closed on Sundays.
Out-of-state clients are recommended to contact T-Queen Hair Salon before booking an appointment to confirm availability and discuss any scheduling needs.

The closest airport to T-Queen Hair Salon is BWI (Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport), approximately 20 to 25 minutes away.

CONFIRMATION:
Call or text us first at (240) 355-8442 to confirm availability before sending your deposit. Note: Online scheduling only shows availability, T-Queen confirms appointments.

PICTURES & QUOTES:
If the hairstyle you desire isn't listed with a price online, send us a picture for a quote.
If your hair is shorter than 4 inches, please notify T-Queen during the booking process.

DEPOSITS:
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $75 is required to secure your appointment. Pay via Zelle or CashApp using +1 (240) 355-8442. The deposit goes towards your total service cost.
After making your deposit, text +1 (240) 355-8442 with a screenshot of your receipt for confirmation. Appointments are not confirmed without a receipt.

Upon receiving your receipt, we'll provide any necessary information for your appointment.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:

RESCHEDULING:
You are allowed one reschedule. If you must cancel, reschedule immediately (within 24 hours). No exceptions.
​
EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS (WITHIN 72 HOURS):
Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if due to an emergency, but you must reschedule immediately (within the hour) upon cancelling. Deposits are forfeited if not rescheduled within 30 days.
​
NO SHOWS:
No call, no shows are prohibited. A full service fee will be charged before rescheduling.
​
NO WALK-IN IS ALLOWED

EARLY/LATE APPOINTMENTS:

REGULAR HOURS:
Mon-Fri 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Sat 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

EARLY/LATE FEE:
Appointments outside these hours require a $20 additional fee.
​
FLASH APPOINTMENTS:
Appointments booked within 48 hours are considered "flash appointments." All deposits for flash appointments are final. Cancellations result in forfeited deposits.

HAIR PREPARATION:
Arrive with your hair washed, conditioned, thoroughly detangled, and blow-dried. (Unless instructed otherwise.)​

WASHING/CONDITIONING/REMOVAL:
If you'd like us to wash, condition, or remove a previous style, please notify us when booking. These services are priced separately.
